Lili Izsák

Lili Izsák was born in Hungary in 1981 and studied architecture at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts. Her work includes costume and set designer, working with Viktor Bodó, Tamás Ascher, Andrej Serban and Árpád Schilling. Izsák received an award for Best Costume at the Hungarian Theatertreffen in 2007, the Prima Primissima Junior award in the Theatre and Film category in 2013, the Theatre Critics' Award Hungary for Best Set Design in 2013 and 2019, and the Critics Award Costume Designer of the Year in 2014 and 2018. Izsák has worked on more than 100 productions at theatres and opera houses in Hungary, Germany and Sweden. Viktor Bodó's The Exterminating Angel was her first production at Schauspiel Stuttgart.
