Tenzin Kolsch

Tenzin Kolsch was born in Hamburg in 1994. His first experience in theater took place in the youth club of the Hans Otto Theater in Potsdam. After graduating from secondary school, he spent a year with his relatives in Tibetan exile in India as a means to revive his connection to his culture and his Tibetan identity. He then studied acting at the Otto Falckenberg School of the Performing Arts in Munich. In 2018, he and his class won the Ensemble Prize at the Theatertreffen festival for German-language drama schools. He has been a recurring guest actor at the Munich Kammerspiele since 2016 and has been a member of the European Ensemble since 2019.
