David Bösch

David Bösch studied directing at the Zurich University of the Arts. In 2005, he became resident director at Schauspiel Essen, and from 2010 to 2012 held the same position at Schauspielhaus Bochum. He works as a theatre and opera director at venues including the Thalia Theater Hamburg, the Burgtheater Wien, the Schauspielhaus Zürich, the Residenztheater München, Schauspiel Frankfurt, the Bayerische Staatsoper, the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, Oper Frankfurt, the Semperoper Dresden, and the Opéra de Lyon.
