Rüdiger Benz

Rüdiger Benz completed his Bachelor of Art degree in lighting design at the Bavarian Theatre Academy in Munich's Prinzregententheater and as a guest at the drama department of Stanford University for several months. Accompanying studies focused on management, direction and dramaturgy. Rüdiger Benz is a head electrician and LD at the Playhouse of the Stuttgart National Theatre and a freelance lighting designer. As a theatre management consultant, Rüdiger Benz has worked for the Friedrichstadt-Palast in Berlin, Stage Entertainment and the stages on board the Mein Schiff fleet of TUI Cruises.
