The Tragedy of Richard the Third

Richard, Duke of Gloucester, wants to become King of England and is secretly working towards assuming the throne through clever deception and political intrigue. To this end, he murders his relatives who are ahead of him in the line of succession, as well as anyone who opposes his absolute rule. Yet behind his fanatical claim to power lies not only calculation, but also a deeply troubled soul.
